Once again we are called to serve God by serving others. September is Trinity’s month to work at the Christian Food Shelf. Volunteers are needed to work a day, a week, or whatever works for you. We need two volunteers each day, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am until about 12:30 pm. You can sign up with a friend or spouse, or Geri can find another person for you to work with. Please contact Geri Manlove at 715-386-9746, or for any questions or to volunteer. Thank you for helping with this very important mission.

Do you have a love of God and a heart for kids? If so, we want you!

We are looking for adult and student volunteers interested in leading children in our Sunday morning Xtreme Kids classrooms at both church locations and service times. The curriculum is easy to prepare and follows a simple, four-step lesson focus. All the materials are available to you digitally ahead of time. They are designed for leading high-quality, engaging lessons, with minimal preparation time and materials.

Adult leader positions available for grades PreK – 5th Grade

Student assistant leader positions available for grades PreK – 1st Grade

Please prayerfully consider how you can serve in this important ministry.

If you are interested or have questions, please contact Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Kristin Miller at

Looking for a way to make a difference this fall? Consider joining the Prayer Shawl Knitters! We are a small but friendly group that meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month downtown in the fellowship area. We spend an hour knitting and crocheting prayer squares and shawls to distribute to those in need. Don't know how to knit or crochet? No problem! We have experienced and patient teachers that are ready and willing to help! If you have questions, would like more information or would like a shawl, contact Lil Carlson at 715-377-1452 or Heidi Fett at Hope to see you at our first meeting on Tuesday, September 5th!

Sunday, September 10, is National Grandparents; Day. Trinity has a small population of members who are shut-ins. A few other members are currently recovering from illness and are unable to attend Sunday services. Please help us surprise them with some little treats. Simply drop off some listed items in the “Bushels of Love” basket at the welcome desk at either campus. Items will be placed in pretty little gift bags and then delivered to each of our shut-ins and those who are ill.

Some treat suggestions would be: Beanie Baby or small stuffed toy, hard candy, lifesavers, pens, small note cards, post-its, memo pad, tea/coffee bags, snack-sized package of cookies or crackers, comb, emery boards, nail polish, chap stick, pocket or sample size tissues, hand lotion, baby powder, and after shave. For more information contact Nancy Gavin 715-386-3513.

Please join the W.O.W from 9:15 am - 10:45 am at the Family Center every Thursday morning beginning August 31st or Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm beginning September 5th for a study called “30 Life Principles Bible Study”. We will meet weekly in the conference room, and childcare will be provided on Thursdays only. You may purchase study books for $15.00 on the first day of class. All are welcome. If you have questions, please contact Nicole Hansen at or 651-253-2676. Thank you.

As of July, Trinity will be supporting Linc Twin Cities. Linc is an organization that works to restore communities to Christ. They do this by training disciples of Jesus who make disciples, plant new churches, and work to transform their own communities through the power of the Gospel lived out in service to their neighbors. For more information, contact Ben Griffin at

We are eager to introduce Realm to the congregation. Prior to releasing it, we would like to have current and accurate information so that the system proves useful to everyone who may utilize it. Please e-mail us with your new address, phone number or e-mail address if you have changed any of those within the last year. Also - entry into our new system will require a date of birth. Our current system is missing many members’ dates of birth. If you feel that you have never provided that to our church, please contact us with that information either by phone or e-mail. Additionally, if there have been any changes within the members of your family, such as a marriage, child moving out, or an addition of a new child, we would like to update that information also. We appreciate any help you can give us in maintaining accurate data. Please e-mail Lisa Mae at or call 715-386-9313. Thank you.

Please continue to save and turn in your Family Fresh grocery store receipts, (Hudson location only!) and the pink Box Tops For Education labels. There are collection bins at the Family Center, Downtown location, & the Academy.

PLEASE NOTE: The Campbell’s Soup Label program that many of us have grown up with has been discontinued. Also, we are not collecting milk jug caps at this time.

Again, thank you all very much for blessing our academy and daycare with these two simple items – truly, it does add up and make a difference! If you have any questions regarding these ongoing fundraisers, please contact Lori Woltman at or 715-781-8411.
