Instructions for your online SHAPE analysis

Go to: www.servingcentral.com

Click on ‘Church Member’

Click on ‘Ministry Assessment’

Fill info for ‘First Time’

• First Name, Last Name
• Email : Must be unique for each person
• Password : create your own for your account
• Assessment code : trinity
• Home church : Trinity Lutheran Church

Click ‘Register’

Complete all sections

Upon completion, view your “SHAPE” results (not “Sweet Spot”).

At the end of your results, please email a copy to dsauceman@trinityhudson.org and a copy to yourself.

You will be contacted by a SHAPE coach from Trinity to schedule an interview within the next few weeks.
