Prayer
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone – for kings, and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quite lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:1-4
Prayer is a powerful ministry at Trinity as we fulfill God’s direction to pray for one another and for the world.
We have people serving in a variety of ways:
- Prayer Chain: Contact the church office to be added to the email list
- Prayer Meetings: Wednesdays, 6:00 pm, Downtown campus
- Prayer Partners: Sundays after each service in both sanctuaries
- Prayer for the sick (with anointing of oil as desired): individually as requested
- Prayer List: Pray for people listed on the Prayer page in each week’s bulletin
- Prayer Households: The staff prays for each member family during the year and for people with special needs at each weekly meeting
