I am excited about gearing up for possible expansion of Trinity! My main concern about this is that we take a good strong look at our staffing first and or as a main consideration of the overall expansion. We don't want to get the cart before the horse if it can be avoided and it is my belief that with a large expansion we will need the staffing support in place at the same time if not before. It is also my belief that even without expansion we are at the point of needing one Pastor to oversee the entire unit as we'll as an associate Pastor for each site AND increased support for our youth program.

The current duties that Brandon has warrants an assistant or at the very least a part time person, intern etc? We are experiencing a fantastic problem currently and that is a large amount of young people that are involved here and growing. Brandon is doing great but he needs help. This is an area that if cultivated can bring many new followers to God, The children , as well as their families whom may not currently be involved. Also if we had a lead Pastor that could be in a supervising capacity (for the most part) and wouldn't be committed to preaching on a reg basis, that person could be out more involved and have the needed time to persue out reach, home visits to potential followers and the list would go on and on. maybe this is something thats in the works but when I attended the feasibility forum (which was very exciting) I did not feel that the area of needed staffing, both currently and for the future, has been considered.
